Next week is National Lutheran Schools week.  To help us celebrate we will have a few special (optional) dress up days.
Monday March 5- PJ day or sweat pants
Weds. March 7-  What do you want to be when you grow up.. dress accordingly

Please join us for Little Lambs this Friday, March 2 in the church nursery at 8:15.  Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions.... it is a a great way for the kids to play with other children close to their own age, parents to socialize and hear a bible story... plus snack and a craft..... FUN TIME!!!

What a beautiful day!!!  The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed outside time.  We also read,
Bear Snores on, and then did a fun activity to retell the story.  Check out our bulletin board in our classroom.
During Jesus time, we talked about all the amazing things Jesus did and still does for us.  We talked about how we feel about all the amazing things Jesus does and learn a special word, ALLELUIA, which means praise God! We are entering the season of Lent, where we remember that Jesus died for us.  During this time, we are going to keep our, Alleluia's, hidden until it is time to celebrate Easter.  Each child decorated an Alleluia banner as well as a class banner and then we put them into a box and will keep our box hidden until Easter, when we can celebrate Jesus coming back to life and can sing His praises again.
